Southern Evergreen 2016 Showcase Home

Today, we visited the Southern Living Showcase Home that our friends at Southern Evergreen have on tour through January 31, 2016 at 8540 Linville Road, Oak Ridge, NC 27310. While there, we enjoyed the impeccable hospitality of Tom Garcia and his staff and beheld an elegant yet functional design that is a tribute to both artists and craftsmen.  It is definitely worthwhile to take a moment to tour this home!

Tearing Out the Old to Make Way for the New.

Back in April, Carol Van Zile, a talented designer with Marsh Kitchens, introduced us to Marty and Diana Liinangi.  We extensively discussed their kitchen project, Carol worked her magic on the drawing board, and before long, an elegant, new kitchen was underway. After Carol's design was approved, our own Jim Martin put together the plan and schedule necessary for it to efficiently reach fruition.
